Ian Tait will make best endeavours to provide you with online learning assistance to prepare you for the Diploma level examinations of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. Teaching will co-ordinate with the use of the appropriate official CIPS Diploma textbook, either in hard copy format or e-format, purchased separately by the student. Students are responsible for their own CIPS membership, and are responsible for their own examination arrangements. We recognise that delivery of teaching on an online platform is a new experience for Ian Tait, and is likely to be a new experience for many students. Ian Tait will endeavour to remedy any glitches in this teaching programme promptly, and will deal with any quality issues responsibly. Students are free to e-mail [email protected] anytime. That said, students accept that they are responsible for their own learning and commit to undertaking the tasks required if they wish to be successful in the Institute's examinations.
Access to this course is provided for a period of 90 days, which is sufficient time for students to prepare for the forthcoming CIPS assessment. Students may seek to retain a copy of the course (screenshot, PDF, etc) if they wish to seek to do so, but students may not share this course content with others.
For the $99 L4M1 online course, there will be no refunds, unless we fail to provide the service. For other subjects, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
In case of dispute, the laws of England and Wales shall apply, within the jurisdiction of the English courts.
